We ask for at least 24hr notice when canceling an appointment. This allows our stylists time to fill the opening. For no call, no shows we may require you to put a non refundable deposit prior to booking future appointments. If you are 30+ minutes late you may be considered a no show. We can not guarantee your stylist will be able to fit you in if you are not on time for the appointment booked.
